Amidst the pandemic, Prime Health Care, LLC remains committed as your healthcare provider. We are continuously working to ensure you receive high-quality care services to address your health needs in this period of COVID-19 while protecting the health and safety of your family, you, and our staff.

The following changes have been made to ensure the safety of everyone. Please note that we will continue to monitor the situation, and new changes may be implemented with little to no notice.

  • Before any in-person visit, our staff is screened for health.
  • All staff are required to wear masks or face shield, and other protective equipment when taking care of your or your family
  • Sick employees are advised to stay at home and monitor health changes.
  • Contacting state or local public health agency for any cases

We will do our best to practice social distancing as per CDC guidelines.

What to do if you have had contact with someone who has COVID-19

What counts as close contact?
  • You are taking care of someone who is sick with COVID-19 at home
  • You had direct physical contact with the person (hugged or kissed them)
  • You have shared eating or drinking utensils
  • They sneezed, coughed, or somehow got respiratory droplets on you
Please follow these instructions from the CDC
  • Separate yourself from others and stay home. If possible, stay in a specific room and separate yourself from other people in your home.
  • Always wear a facemask, especially if you are around other people.
  • Frequently wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Do not share personal household items, such as dishes, drinking glasses, utensils, towels, or beddings. Then, after using these items, wash them thoroughly with soap and water.
  • Call your local healthcare provider to get tested. You can visit the Cdc’s website to find testing times and locations near you.
  • Monitor symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell
  • If your test results are positive, follow recommendations for cases of COVID-19 and stay at home for 14 days. If you develop symptoms after testing negative, get tested again.
